Refund Policy

White Glove Appliance Service — Miami, Florida

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

1. Diagnostic Fee (Non Refundable & Mandatory)

Once a White Glove Technician arrives at your service address and begins the diagnostic process, the diagnostic fee becomes non refundable and must be paid in full, regardless of whether you proceed with repairs.

This fee covers:

  • Technician travel and on‑site assessment
  • Diagnostic testing and fault identification
  • Preparation of your written estimate (“eQuote”)

The diagnostic fee is not waived, not negotiable, and not refundable under any circumstances.

2. Service Fees & Labor Charges

a. Approved Repairs

If you approve the eQuote and proceed with repairs, all service fees and labor charges are final and non refundable once the repair is completed.

b. Declined Repairs

If you decline the eQuote, no repair work will be performed. However, the diagnostic fee remains non refundable.

3. Parts Purchases & Prepayments

a. Standard Parts

Parts ordered on your behalf are non refundable once the order is submitted to the manufacturer or supplier.

If cancellation is requested before the part ships, a 20% restocking fee may apply depending on supplier policies.

b. Special Order Parts

Special order parts are non returnable and non refundable under all circumstances.

c. Installed Parts

Once a part has been installed in your appliance:

  • It cannot be removed
  • It cannot be returned
  • It cannot be refunded

If a manufacturer defect is discovered within the part’s warranty period, the part will be replaced at no cost, subject to manufacturer terms.

4. Warranty Related Service Calls

If an issue occurs within the 30‑day labor warranty period and is determined to be related to workmanship or a defective part installed by White Glove:

  • Labor fees will be waived
  • Defective parts will be replaced according to manufacturer warranty

If the issue is unrelated to the original repair, standard service fees apply. Refunds are not issued for warranty‑covered work.

5. Missed Appointments & Access Issues

If a technician arrives at your location and:

  • You are not present
  • Access to the appliance is not available
  • The appliance is not in a safe or serviceable condition

The diagnostic fee will still be charged and is non refundable.

6. Service Cancellation Policy

Before Technician Arrival

You may cancel your appointment before the technician arrives at no cost.

After Technician Arrival

Once the technician arrives, the diagnostic fee becomes due and non refundable, even if:

  • You choose not to proceed
  • You cancel on site
  • You decline the eQuote
  • You request rescheduling

7. No Refunds for Completed Services

Completed repairs, labor charges, and installed parts are not eligible for refunds. White Glove Appliance Service guarantees workmanship through its 30‑day labor warranty but does not provide monetary refunds for completed service work.
