Customers may cancel their scheduled appointment at no cost if the cancellation is made before the technician arrives at the service address.
To cancel ahead of time, you may contact us by phone or email.
Once a White Glove Technician arrives at your location, the diagnostic fee becomes mandatory, non‑negotiable, and non‑refundable, even if:
This fee covers travel, time, and the on‑site diagnostic assessment.
If the technician arrives and:
The diagnostic fee will still be charged and is non‑refundable.
You may reschedule your appointment at no cost.
If you request rescheduling after the technician has already arrived, the diagnostic fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
If the part has already been submitted to the supplier, cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special order parts are non‑returnable and non‑refundable under all circumstances.
If you approved the eQuote and later decide to cancel before repairs begin:
If repairs have already begun, labor fees for work performed are non‑refundable.
