Cancellation Policy

White Glove Appliance Service — Miami, Florida

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

1. Cancellation Before Technician Arrival

Customers may cancel their scheduled appointment at no cost if the cancellation is made before the technician arrives at the service address.

To cancel ahead of time, you may contact us by phone or email.

2. Cancellation After Technician Arrival

Once a White Glove Technician arrives at your location, the diagnostic fee becomes mandatory, non‑negotiable, and non‑refundable, even if:

  • You choose not to proceed with repairs
  • You decline the eQuote
  • You cancel the appointment on site
  • You request to reschedule
  • The appliance is inaccessible or unsafe to service

This fee covers travel, time, and the on‑site diagnostic assessment.

3. Missed Appointments / No Show Policy

If the technician arrives and:

  • No one is home
  • The technician cannot gain access to the appliance
  • The appointment cannot be completed due to customer‑related issues

The diagnostic fee will still be charged and is non‑refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Before Technician Arrival

You may reschedule your appointment at no cost.

After Technician Arrival

If you request rescheduling after the technician has already arrived, the diagnostic fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

5. Cancellation of Parts Orders

Standard Parts

If the part has already been submitted to the supplier, cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special Order Parts

Special order parts are non‑returnable and non‑refundable under all circumstances.

6. Cancellation of Approved Repairs

If you approved the eQuote and later decide to cancel before repairs begin:

  • Diagnostic fee remains non‑refundable
  • Any prepaid parts follow the rules above
  • Labor charges not yet performed will not be billed

If repairs have already begun, labor fees for work performed are non‑refundable.

7. White Glove Cancellation

White Glove Appliance Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Technician illness or emergency
  • Severe weather
  • Safety concerns
  • Supply chain delays
  • Unforeseen operational issues

If we cancel, you will not be charged any fees and will be offered the next available appointment.
